Input: Approved external artifact preparation completed through configured HTTPS proxy with TLS verification, without changing system tools or project sources. Authentic local supply: /tmp/luma-approved-toolchain/SHASUMS256.txt, node-v24.21.0-linux-x64.tar.xz, npm-11.19.0.tgz; provenance and SHA256/SRI in /tmp/luma-approved-toolchain/verification.json. Exact Node v24.21.0/npm 11.19.0 execute.
