Validation: make check passed all 68 tests, including UTF-8 stdin/EOF, timeout and terminal-transition regressions. Independently checked all 556 prompts: maximum 77693 characters; S21-006 retains 26 exact UI sections. Root escape and oversized-budget rejection checks passed; git diff --check passed.
