# S00-024 handoff for independent QA Executor: auto-ci-cd-49907d48a6d1 (ci-cd), 2026-10-15. Previous interruption/access blocker is no longer reproduced. S00-026 supplied reviewed environment-access artifacts; this fresh executor repeated verify.py successfully with official HTTPS, vendor archive SHA256, exact Linux Node 24.21.0/npm 11.19.0 and fresh-cache npm ci installing eight unchanged parent locked packages, scripts disabled and strict TLS/engines retained. Actual Stanza 12.22.1 import passed. No partial source required repair. Runtime: /tmp/luma-S00-026-ywchja86/node-v24.21.0-linux-x64/bin. Cache: /tmp/luma-S00-026-ywchja86/npm-cache. These may expire; repeat python3 experiments/0002-xmpp-library/environment-access/verify.py. Evidence: state/evidence/S00-024-auto-ci-cd-49907d48a6d1.md. Changes: scoped README continuation checkpoint and result.json temporary paths; workflow evidence/handoff/commit message. Implementation and parent lock unchanged. QA should repeat the probe independently, inspect checksum/input/installed version checks and scope, then approve or reject only S00-024. Following reviewed done, coordinator starts a fresh S00-020 executor which reads its own card and uses/reruns the pinned isolated runtime. S00-020 and S00-003 are not completed by this checkpoint. No browser/WSS/server/interoperability, detached signature, provenance/advisory or release readiness check was performed. No network/system configuration, TLS policy, shared contract, dependency graph or spec changed. Executor exits after submit; coordinator alone commits and launches next work. ## Independent QA continuation note Reviewer auto-qa-e19cd93db255 independently repeated verify.py successfully; see state/evidence/S00-024-review.md. Current result.json points to /tmp/luma-S00-026-mil9mnes/node-v24.21.0-linux-x64/bin and its sibling npm-cache. Checksum, unchanged parent inputs, all eight installed versions and strict settings were independently checked. S00-024 approval accepts only this continuation checkpoint. Coordinator commits before a fresh S00-020 executor; S00-020/S00-003 acceptance and all browser/WSS/interoperability work remain. Temporary paths can expire; rerun the scoped probe when needed.
