Changes: Release external waiting state for S00-030 through tasks.py. Input: Coordinator confirms valid host-side sandbox execution without modifying socket ownership/mode: codex -c sandbox_mode='"workspace-write"' -c sandbox_workspace_write.network_access=true sandbox -- python3 /tmp/luma-filesystem-sandbox-probe.py, launched via approved host tool execution (outer require_escalated), exit 0. Inside actual Codex workspace-write sandbox synthetic project write/read/remove passed, unique /home/tola outside-project write denied EROFS (errno 30), no outside file created, uid 1000. Public diagnostic state/runs/coordinator-sandbox/output.log; synthetic probe script /tmp/luma-filesystem-sandbox-probe.py. Failure occurred when invoking nested sandbox from restricted context, not in this approved host context. Fresh S00-030 executor/QA should request approved outer host execution of the bounded inner sandbox diagnostic, retaining inner workspace-write and proxy/TLS settings. Do not chmod global sockets or weaken policy. Host input now supplied and verified; task implementation/docs and independent review remain unaccepted. Состояние выполнения
tasks.json — единственный mutable источник статусов, owners, revision и истории transitions. CLI пишет его через filesystem lock и atomic replace. В комплекте revision 0, все 275 задач todo; это честный исходный backlog.
evidence/ и handoffs/ пополняются при реализации. Шаблоны рядом. Пустые папки могут отсутствовать после Git checkout; atomic writer/агент создают их по необходимости. Evidence/handoff должны быть реальными файлами до submit.
context-*.md — disposable packet для выбранной задачи. Его можно восстановить из definitions/specs через CLI. Packet не содержит автоматически всё дерево исходников и не является источником статуса.
Не включать реальные secrets, decrypted messages, file key fragments или tokens. Не синхронизировать state разных checkout простым overwriting: нужен согласованный coordinator и history-preserving merge.
issues/ — исходные bounded JSON проблемы; blockers/ — generated reports; runs/ — prompt/log/result отдельных fresh subprocesses. plan-transaction.json — временный recovery journal, не редактировать. Reporter retired и исходная задача возвращается в очередь только после reviewed done remediation.
