Changes: Accept the bounded S00-026 access probe; add independent QA evidence and refresh successful result runtime/cache paths. Preserve parent task incompleteness. Validation: Repeat verify.py successfully with fresh official HTTPS downloads, matching vendor SHA256, exact Node 24.21.0/npm 11.19.0, eight locked packages and actual Stanza import. Independently check copied input bytes, installed versions, integrity and strict npm settings. tasks.py validate and git diff --check pass. Patch and authorization
Read git log --all --oneline --grep='^S00-026:', executor commit 2af4f14 stat,
its state diff and all seven added source/material files, and release-external
commit 956d945. Executor source changes are solely environment-access/**;
remaining changes are generated/state workflow artifacts. Executor commit message
accurately describes the implementation and bounded validation, with no readiness
claim. Initial git status was clean.
Coordinator release-external 956d945 records approved artifact preparation over
the configured HTTPS proxy with TLS verification, authentic local artifact paths,
and exact versions. This supplies the recorded external confirmation that the
executor README says was not separately supplied to its session. Independent
fresh official HTTPS retrieval below confirms present availability through the
existing configuration. Neither review nor probe changes proxy/system settings,
selects an alternate route, or disables certificate/engine/integrity checks.

Exact executing Node v24.21.0/npm 11.19.0. Fresh-cache npm ci installed eight packages in 2s with ignore-scripts, strict SSL/engines, HTTPS registry and lock integrity preserved. Actual Stanza createClient ESM import passed.
- Independent inline Python assertions: exit 0. Both manifest/lock copies equal parent bytes and recorded SHA256; every installed package version equals lock, all eight lock entries use registry HTTPS/SHA512 integrity, actual installed Stanza is 12.22.1. Downloaded archive rehash matches result; persisted checksum material equals fresh download. Pinned npm config get strict-ssl, engine-strict, ignore-scripts each returned true; inherited NODE_TLS_REJECT_UNAUTHORIZED is not 0. Host Python 3.14.7, Linux x86_64.
- python3 scripts/tasks.py validate: exit 0; 293 tasks, 22 stages, 221 requirements, 211 allocated Web requirements, revision 79.
- git diff --check: exit 0. Post-probe git diff --stat/status show only the two temporary path values in scoped result.json changed before review metadata.

Acceptance and limits
- Pass: approved configured access documented by coordinator release and now independently repeated without policy bypass.
- Pass: exact pinned Linux tools execute; freshly retrieved vendor checksum matches actual archive.
- Pass: unchanged copied parent lock installs with scripts disabled, integrity retained and Stanza 12.22.1 available. No stack/spec/parent lock modification.
Vendor HTTPS checksums establish this bounded authenticity check; no detached signature, package provenance/advisory audit or release clearance is claimed. No browser/server/client interoperability, WSS, app build or tooling suite was run or required for this access probe. Temporary runtime/cache can expire; rerun verify.py when needed. result.json now records this independent successful run. S00-003, S00-020 and S00-024 remain unfinished; approval may return S00-024 to its queue through the CLI, which is not its acceptance. No Git mutations, other task selection or agent launch. Coordinator commits this review before further fresh work; reviewer exits immediately after approve.
