Changes: Release external waiting state for S00-026 through tasks.py. Input: Approved external artifact preparation completed through configured HTTPS proxy with TLS verification, without changing system tools or project sources. Authentic local supply: /tmp/luma-approved-toolchain/SHASUMS256.txt, node-v24.21.0-linux-x64.tar.xz, npm-11.19.0.tgz; provenance and SHA256/SRI in /tmp/luma-approved-toolchain/verification.json. Exact Node v24.21.0/npm 11.19.0 execute. Unchanged copied parent lock installed with npm ci --ignore-scripts --engine-strict and Stanza 12.22.1, exit 0; /tmp/luma-approved-toolchain/dependency-verification.json and npm-ci.log. Cache /tmp/luma-approved-toolchain/npm-cache permits fresh offline npm ci without proxy access. Fresh executor must independently verify supplied archives/checksums and repeat installation inside its environment-access scope; no task acceptance claimed. Состояние выполнения
tasks.json — единственный mutable источник статусов, owners, revision и истории transitions. CLI пишет его через filesystem lock и atomic replace. В комплекте revision 0, все 275 задач todo; это честный исходный backlog.
evidence/ и handoffs/ пополняются при реализации. Шаблоны рядом. Пустые папки могут отсутствовать после Git checkout; atomic writer/агент создают их по необходимости. Evidence/handoff должны быть реальными файлами до submit.
context-*.md — disposable packet для выбранной задачи. Его можно восстановить из definitions/specs через CLI. Packet не содержит автоматически всё дерево исходников и не является источником статуса.
Не включать реальные secrets, decrypted messages, file key fragments или tokens. Не синхронизировать state разных checkout простым overwriting: нужен согласованный coordinator и history-preserving merge.
issues/ — исходные bounded JSON проблемы; blockers/ — generated reports; runs/ — prompt/log/result отдельных fresh subprocesses. plan-transaction.json — временный recovery journal, не редактировать. Reporter retired и исходная задача возвращается в очередь только после reviewed done remediation.
