contrib: simplify example service stanzas; skip path, reduce conds

- Absolut paths are only necessary in case of ambiguities
- Without absulute paths conditions are shorter, e.g. <svc/syslogd>
- Drop <net/lo/up> condition for SSH daemons, not necessary
