Allow pipe + redirect in task/run stanzas, exec() in /bin/sh

This patch extends the capabilities of task and run .conf stanzas by
enabling pipes and redirects.

Example:

    task [s] echo "foo" | cat >/tmp/bar
    run  [s] echo "$HOME" >/tmp/secret
