Rename USE_UDEV & MDEV to SETUP_DEVFS and USE_MESSAGE_BUS to HAVE_DBUS

USE_UDEV,MDEV   => Unique SETUP_DEVFS for embedded or distro usage.
USE_MESSAGE_BUS => HAVE_DBUS
