The tmpfiles.d spec has proven useful in systemd, enough so that some developers
are starting to ship tmpfiles.d configuration files with their software.
By splitting the tmpfiles functionality in finit out into a separate executable
we are providing a useful piece of software that package managers can hook into.
The tmpfilesd() glob sorts files according to name, we could name our
.conf as 00finit.conf to prevent ordering issues with, e.g. dnsmasq,
but this is more elegant and allows for multi-level override.
NOTE: bootmisc depends on the pidfile plugins since the latter need
to set up its iwatches of /run before bootmisc creates /run.
Depending on if it's a system with /var/run or /run we need to
drop /var/run before recreating it.

This change adds very basic tmpfiles.d/ support to Finit. Much of the
basic types are supported, but not all, so for now, please check the
code for details on what is working.

Drop the config.h include from helpers.h after a report from a colleague
trying to build an external plugin from the latest GIT sources.
Instead, make sure config.h is included, and properly commented, in all
.c files that have configure #ifdefs and other deps. Also, move more
ot the includes from helpers.h to their respective .c file instead to
reduce the amount of headers an external plugin pulls in.

In an upside world, much like the Finit test cases, the root may be
relocated. This make /var/run relative to /var, instead of /. Which
hopefully is safer and covers more use-cases.

This patch adds support for optional logging of output from all run()
commands. For run_interactive() we've opted to log instead of just
redirect, meaning output on error is till on console but also in log.

directories or symlinks already exist.

Due to an unfortunate name clash with the DirectFB project LiTE, the
libite (-lite) project had to change its header namespace from
lite/*.h -> libite/*.h
This patch adds support for the new namepace in Finit, triggered by the
define _LIBITE_LITE, from the .pc file read by pkg-config. This should
only be needed on systems that install libite without the compatibility
symlink lite -> libite/ in the staging include directory.

Before this patch bootclean() ran first in setup() which caused to to
remove the entire /var/run/finit directory, and other files as well,
created earlier. Only possible fix is to split clean and setup in
two and make sure to call clean as soon as we've mounted everything.
Note: this introduces a new behavior, and anyone hooking into the
same point to do good-stuff(tm) may be affected by this.

The recently updated pidfile plugin now also watches the subdirectories
in /var/run, but for that to work it must witness the creation of these
subdirectories. The bootmisc plugin creates several, e.g., /run/quagga/
in which PID files like zebra.pid are created.

Some systems use /var/db while others use /var/lib/misc, we need to
support both and cannot rely on _PATH_VARDB, since it too might not
be set properly.
