Joachim Wiberg b137e08e84 contrib: fix install script to be able to run from tarball 
The file autogen.sh is not included in tarballs.  Use configure.ac
instead to detect topdir.

Joachim Wiberg 5105ff91d9 contrib: install .conf files from installed (fixed) services 
This fixes the problem with lingering Makefile's in /etc/finit.d/ on the
target systems.  We also get the new enabled services properly set up.

Joachim Nilsson b6bf8bf518 Fix GRUB menu entry generation for Debian & Ubuntu 
This patch fixes the /etc/grub.d/40_custom generation for the Debian
sample so that it properly extracts the UUID For /boot and /

Note: the maintenance free symlinks /vmlinuz and /initrd.img may not
work properly with /boot on a separate partition or disk.  If only
the symlinks where in /boot as well ...
