Initiating a shutdown/reboot from `initctl` should not cause `initctl`
to be killed in do_shutdown().

Due to an old design decision runlevel S was encoded internally as '0',
meaning it was the same as halt/poweroff. If you want to run scripts at
system shutdown this was less then ideal since it meant your scripts
also ran at bootstrap.
This change is quite invasive. It introduces INIT_LEVEL (10) as the
value for runlevel S, meaning all code that parses and/or evaluates
anything for runlevel 0/S was affected and had to be reworked.

All services registered in the system rely on conf_init() having been
set up properly, e.g., global_rlimit. Having conf_init() be responsible
also for registering static services is only logical, and also helps us
clean up main() a bit.

Over the years there have been multiple cases of invalid and/or unsafe
uses of signals and initctl commands at bootstrap and shutdown. These
cases cannot be safely supported. This commit locks down finit a bit
to avoid the most common cases.
If you run into this, please open a new discussion at GitHub and we'll
talk about it. Maybe I've been overzealous or you have another use-case
that warrants opening up some or parts of the API.

Slightly different take on issue #334 making it optional, possible to
enable per system.
reboot-delay <0-60> # default: 0 (disabled)
When enabled (non-zero), runs after filesystems have been unmounted,
the root filesystems has been remounted read-only, and sync(2) has
been called, twice.

sig.c was calling plugin_run_hooks for the shutdown hooks, but the
shutdown hooks do not have registered callbacks in hook-scripts.c
Instead directly call plugin_script_run()
This patch changes the way progress for unmounting filesystems is
displayed. To see each filesystem being unmounted Finit now must
be in debug mode.
A general "Unmounting filesystems ..." have been added instead as well
as progress for last hook script and finall call to reboot().

All hook scripts are called with at least one environment variable set,
FINIT_HOOK_NAME, useful when reusing the same hook script for multiple
hook points. It is set to the string name, also used by the path, e.g.,
hook/net/up.
For all hook points from hook/sys/shutdown and later, FINIT_SHUTDOWN is
also set, to one of: halt, poweroff, reboot.

This protects against any hook scripts or services calling initctl when
we're going down. There's no way to service these requests anyway, so
no point in keeping the socket open. This way initctl can check for
the existence of the socket before attempting any IPC command.

This change adds support for running hook scripts at two new hook points
during the shutdown process:
- HOOK_SVC_DN: after all services and non-reserved processes have been
killed (and collected)
- HOOK_SYS_DN: after all file systems have been unmounted, *just prior*
to Finit calling reboot() to shut down or reboot the system
See doc/plugins.md for details and an example.

Leave the system as it was when we found it. Also, we'll build things
on top of cond_is_available() to handle pre bootstrap and pre shutdown
tasks.

Drop the config.h include from helpers.h after a report from a colleague
trying to build an external plugin from the latest GIT sources.
Instead, make sure config.h is included, and properly commented, in all
.c files that have configure #ifdefs and other deps. Also, move more
ot the includes from helpers.h to their respective .c file instead to
reduce the amount of headers an external plugin pulls in.

The swapon and swapoff commands do not support a custom fstab, they
assume /etc/fstab is the only true source of swap devices and files.
This change adds rudimentary (!) support for figuring out any swap
device or file to use from any finit.fstab. Please note, options are
not supported at the moment.

On regular desktop systems, like Debian, the dbus-daemon forks off a
dbus-launch process to start up things like your desktop for you. This
process is not known to Finit and lingers in the background since it's
been reparented to init, and to top things off it seems to ignore any
SIGTERMs send to it.
Obviously this makes a shutdown on such systems very noisy, so this
patch changes the print() to a _d() so anyone debugging a system can see
it with `-- finit.debug` on the kernel command line, or `initctl debug`.

Calling sync is not needed, remount does this for us.
Remount with 'dummydev' causes warnings and is not needed. It appears
sysvinit used this to try and fix a sparc related bug. Instead, use the
rootfs keyword to ensure we don't accidentally remount a bind mounted /.

This patch adds support for optional logging of output from all run()
commands. For run_interactive() we've opted to log instead of just
redirect, meaning output on error is till on console but also in log.

Refactor new kill/shutdown implementation from 3e0063e to fix the
regression in compiler output:

222 | kill(pid, (int)context);

Instead of unconditionally waiting 2 seconds for processes to die,
check continuously for remaining processes, and break the loop when
none remain.
Turn PID 1 to a RT process with highest priority 99 during shutdown,
this ensures it would not be preempted by other RT processes.

Due to an unfortunate name clash with the DirectFB project LiTE, the
libite (-lite) project had to change its header namespace from
lite/*.h -> libite/*.h
This patch adds support for the new namepace in Finit, triggered by the
define _LIBITE_LITE, from the .pc file read by pkg-config. This should
only be needed on systems that install libite without the compatibility
symlink lite -> libite/ in the staging include directory.

Once upon a time, SIGSTOP was used to pause Finit during flashing (MTD)
of a system image. This to prevent Finit from accidentally starting any
programs, i.e., reading from flash disk during or after upgrade.
This was quite intrusive, and has possible nasty side effects, e.g., any
process with root access sends SIGSTOP prevents TTY login. So this patch
now removes the functionality and recommends using a dedcicated runlevel
for such critical tasks instead.

This patch changes the behavior of SIGUSR1. Previously USR1 could be
used to halt a running Finit system, similar to BusyBox init. However,
compatibility with sysvinit and systemd has been deemed more important.

Transitioning to runlevel 0 or 6 handles graceful shutdown of any
managed run/task/sysv/services. So we can replace the old 2 sec delay
with a shorter one for any non-managed still lingering process.
Also, some minor cleanup.

the effort of maintaining it. Users are encouraged to use the

This seems to be inline with Busybox init, SysV init and, according
to the comments in code, the intended behaviour of Finit.
The effect is that `SIGPWR` will lead to Finit issuing the syscall `reboot`
with `cmd` parameter set to `RB_POWER_OFF` (rather than `RB_AUTOBOOT`), which
in turn will lead to a halt rather than a reboot.
The effect of the above inside a PID namespace other than the initial PID
namespace is that `wait` inside the parent of Finit will report that Finit was
killed with a `SIGINT` signal rather than `SIGHUP`.
