Joachim Wiberg ac07d3bac7 contrib: run klogd in same cgroup as syslogd (same .conf file) 
These two BusyBox daemon's run in concert so it makes sense they also
share the same cgroup.  In Finit that means sharing the same .conf file.

Joachim Wiberg 4a83c95d2b contrib: simplify example service stanzas; skip path, reduce conds 
- Absolut paths are only necessary in case of ambiguities
- Without absulute paths conditions are shorter, e.g. <svc/syslogd>
- Drop <net/lo/up> condition for SSH daemons, not necessary
