Niels Lohmann 5eccbbd2bc Fix clang-tidy misc-redundant-expression in unit-json_view_image.cpp (#5958) ...

Split the combined has_save/has_load static_asserts so clang-tidy no
longer sees both sides of && as equivalent (develop ci_clang_tidy failure).
