Niels Lohmann be59fb2a57 Keep the stream includes of json_view.hpp for IWYU ...

json_view.hpp uses std::istream and std::ostream itself, but IWYU sees
them through the exported json.hpp and asked to remove both includes,
which fails ci_single_binaries (single_json_view).
