Niels Lohmann c9c9b90f1f 2.1.1: one MessagePack container prefix helper (#5891) ...

Array and object prefixes differed only in the fix marker and the 16/32-bit
markers; both now delegate to write_msgpack_container_prefix. Output is
byte-identical.
