Subject: [PATCH] Bump SONAME to libite.so.2 so for upcoming Finit v2.0

We need to lock down the ABI and do a new release on behalf of
Finit.  Finit will have support for using an externally built
libite and libuev, so Finit must lock down to a known ABI.
