Joachim Nilsson 59869b876e strdupa.h: #error if building with non-GCC on non-GNU systems 
At the moment only GCC is supported on non-GNU systems, unfortunately.
GNU systems usually have GLIBC, or another library with strdupa().  This
strdupa() implementation requires GCC for the builtin alloca API.

Joachim Nilsson 94d42b3df7 Add compat strdupa() implementation from libnostd 
This patch adds compat support, to *BSD and other UNIX, for GLIBC
strdupa() function, used in mkpath().  The implementation is taken
from http://www.25thandclement.com/~william/projects/libnostd.html
by William Ahern.
