Joachim Nilsson be08bcd09d strndupa.h: #error if building with non-GCC on non-GNU systems 
At the moment only GCC is supported on non-GNU systems, unfortunately.
GNU systems usually have GLIBC, or another library with strndupa().
This strndupa() implementation requires GCC for the builtin alloca API.

Joachim Nilsson 1495a3f858 Add compat strndupa() implementation from libnostd 
This patch adds compat support, to *BSD and other UNIX, for the GLIBC
strndupa() function.  The implementation is taken from libnostd written
by William Ahern.
