Jean Delvare 3bcb913c3f Add debugging code to trap systems that don't let libsensors 
write to /proc. Define DEBUG to have it in, and use strace to
        get the result.

- fix voltage scaling
	- swap voltage limits
	- use lower critical rather than upper hysteresis
	  for non-temperature sensors
	- increase libsensors support to 20 voltage, 10 fan,

John Morris 45576fb3fd (jrm): New driver and other support for the Maxim MAX6650 and MAX6651 chips. 
Mainly targetted (and tested) with the 6651, but should work with
       the MAX6550.

       See doc/chips/max6650 for notes, bugs, assumptions, etc.
