Jean Delvare 5fa737e5e1 Add support for the EMC6D102 extra resolution bits. The chip offers
4 extra resolution bits per voltage and temperature channel, but I
chose to use only 2 bits per channel because that's what the ADM1027
has so it made the changes smaller. The EMC6D102 has a 10-bit ADC
anyway, the 2 remaining bits are obtained from averaging so they are
not so important.

Jean Delvare 7683ac84a4 Restore controlling_mod argument to i2c_register_entry(). This
is needed to properly lock chip drivers in memory while anyone uses their
/proc entries. This also brings back compatibility with the 2.4 Linux
kernel.

Mark D. Studebaker 51b011307c Patch from Philip Pokorny
This patch fixes a race condition in the lm85 driver and adds support for the
SMC EMC6D100 and EMC6D101. The EMC6D100 and 101 chips have some additional
features that *are not* currently implemented in the driver, but the chip is
detected (by sensors-detect and the lm85 driver).
