identify sysfs entries. Reasons for this rewrite / bugs fixed:
-Don't give features like alarms / sensor type / fault flag a
compute mapping only a normal mapping
-Don't generate features for sysfs entries like uvent, modalias, etc.
instead only generate features for features known by
sensors_feature_get_type()
-Sort the list of found features logically instead of sorted in alphabet order
of the sysfs entry. So now it starts with all in entries, then all fan and
then all temp. Just like the order of most entries in lib/chips.c. Also
this means that it now contains in0 - in10 in that order and not in0, in10,
in1 - in9

abituguru seems to work well with the new dynamic chip support and generic
chip printroutines. note: the abituguru code should be completly removed in
the future.
-comment k8temp entry in lib/chips.c and prog/sensors/main.c, as the
k8temp seems to work well with the new dynamic chip support and generic
chip printroutines. note: the k8temp code should be completly removed in
the future.
-make the match for the subtype exact instead of a strncmp, otherwise
an alarm_enable flag gets classified as an alarm, leading to all sensors who
have their alarm enabled getting an alarm reported, as the alarm_enabled gets
read as alarm.
-and do the same for the _input match to check if this is a main or subfeature

memory as part of another structure. This rather large patch fixes that by
making the smaller piece an explicit member of the larger.
I brought this patch into sync with the latest SVN, and tested it by comparing
objects files from the tree pre- and post- patch.
The remaining 99% of the credit goes to Bob Schlärmann <bob2@dsv.nl> for
creating the original patch... thanks Bob!

attribute, falling back to the device's "name" attribute for
compatibility only. This change is needed to match ongoing cleanups in
Linux 2.6's i2c-core. i2c adapters will soon be class devices only, the
legacy i2c_adapter devices and driver are being removed.

cleanup is said to yield a slight speedup according to the flex manual - I
didn't bother to measure it.

uncovered three different bugs. This changeset fixes them all. It also
updates the sensors.conf(5) man page to be unambiguous regarding the
requirement for whitespace between elements.

I2C algorithms no longer have names in Linux 2.6, and anyway they are
implementation details user-space doesn't care about. No third party
application is known to have ever used this particular feature of
libsensors. "sensord" and "sensors" no longer do.

sensord: Add pc87247 support (fans only).
sensors: Add pc87247 support (fans only).
sensors-detect: Advertise the upcoming pc87427 driver.

libsensors: Change vt1211 temp3-7 magnitude from 1 to 3.
sensors.conf.eg: Adjust the vt1211 section to match the new driver
interface.

to confuse users a lot, to report the lack of hwmon driver as an error.
prog/sensors: Clearer error messages when no sensors are found. The
most frequent cause is a lack of drivers, not procfs/sysfs problems.

libsensors. The Linux 2.6 adm1026 driver uses the standard numebring
(from 1 to 8). Map fan0 to fan8 to make things work while keeping
confusion to the minimum (hopefully.)

IT8712F so there's not much to do. The most significant difference is that
fan speeds are now reported as 16-bit values, without fan clock dividers.
For this reason, I made the fan_divs optional in sensors. I also made the
fans themselves optional, as I noticed that a number of motherboards don't
use (and don't enable) fan3.
I've made a separate section (chip "it8716-*") in sensors.conf.eg, because
new motherboards tend to have different wirings (e.g. negative voltage
lines are not monitored) so this will make for saner defaults.
Thanks to Stian Oksavik for testing.

First ran .../scripts/Lindent from Linux 2.6.x, then fixed up some
things that were particularly ugly. Verified the final result by
rebuilding and running 'objdump -d' on the before and after; there
were no differences.
