Jean Delvare 4943663301 Handle keys/passwords needed to access most Super-I/O chips.

The problem is that the library returns a negative number if there is an
error, and the error numbers in the .h files are not negative. Thus one
of the operand of the comparison should be negated.

Jean Delvare 7c833a6029 Patch by J. A. McMahan Jr.: 
This patch fixes a minor bug in the eeprog program that causes it to skip
the first byte when printing out data read from the EEPROM in ASCII mode
(that is, without the hex switch, -x, enabled).
