Mark D. Studebaker 39d845c73b Patch from 
Vojtech Pavlik <vojtech@suse.cz>
      Implemented/fixed PEC and process calls, and block reads/writes in
      the driver. ARP now works with smbus-arp.c.
      Removed attempt at 2.2 support. Module doesn't work w/ 2.2 kernels.
      Added check in Module.mk so it won't compile unless CONFIG_X86_64.

Mark D. Studebaker 9e99f3c49d put a big fat error if no i2c-2.7.0 (this is the first 
compiled file that would have an error), hopefully cut
      down on tickets when 2.7.0 comes out
