Frodo Looijaard a45067c280 Some remarks in INSTALL about adding /usr/local/lib to 
/etc/ld.so.conf if you get libsensors not found problems.

Mark D. Studebaker 5e7be13d8d (mds) I thought we needed a SHORT version of the install instructions 
to make things easy and to ensure that people run sensors-detect.
      I put it at the top of the INSTALL file where people can't miss it.
      Comments/corrections welcome.
