Added high_clock module option.If this option is set
        used Host Master Clock 56KHz (default 14KHz).For now we are save old Host
        Master Clock and after transaction completed restore (otherwise
        it's confuse BIOS and hung Laptop).

Mark D. Studebaker 70055e4121 remove VT8231 support from via686a and move to a new dedicated driver. 
This driver is a copy of vt1211, which is almost identical.
     The vt1211 is a super i/o chip and the vt8231 is a PCI chip.

Abraham van der Merwe 97d966fb75 Real-time clock driver for Dallas Semiconductor DS1307 chip. This just 
provides and API for NVRAM and RTC drivers to sit on top of this. An example
of drivers that uses this API are the Frodo RTC and NVRAM drivers.
