Jean Delvare da141f4699 Update the application writing guidelines: 
* The drivers are no longer in this package.
* Drop all references to i2c, these aren't related to sensors per se and
belong elsewhere.
* Random updates, fix broken references, clarify some parts.
* Add references to the relevant manual pages.
* Drop references to freshmeat, they don't really help.

Jean Delvare 9232f4eb43 Delete all kernel chip drivers, documentation and references. We are 
moving to a user-space-only package, all the drivers are maintained in
the Linux kernel tree itself.

I tried to update the documentation a bit, but there's still a lot to
go. In fact, a complete rewrite seems to be needed.
