Mark D. Studebaker d569353d79 add xxx_init() calls to bottom of sensors.c for those drivers added ...

to mkpatch in 2.5.5. Also add mtp008 and ds1621 init calls in anticipation
      of them being added. Fix typos adm9024->adm9240.
