Changes: Accept bounded S00-025 launcher remediation; record independent QA evidence and handoff without accepting parent storage work.
Validation: Reproduced conflicting arguments with expected exit 2; active argv help and Codex 0.159.0 checks exit 0; tasks.py validate and git diff --check pass. Inspected executor diff/message and accepted dependency evidence. No model, browser, sandbox or storage test rerun.
