Changes: Accept the bounded S00-024 restoration checkpoint, add independent QA evidence and handoff, and refresh successful probe runtime/cache paths. Validation: Independently reran verify.py with official HTTPS checksum, Node 24.21.0/npm 11.19.0, fresh-cache locked npm ci and Stanza import; archive/input/installed-version/strict-config assertions, tasks.py validate and diff/scope/whitespace checks passed. Browser/WSS, interoperability and product readiness remain unverified. # S00-024 independent QA review

Current source diff only adds a README continuation checkpoint and refreshes two
|
|
temporary result paths under environment-access/**. Remaining changes are
|
|
workflow metadata/generated status. Executor message matches actual diff and
|
|
bounded checks. Probe implementation and parent dependency graph remain unchanged.
|
|
Initial git status was clean. Prior blocker recorded absent artifacts and proxy
|
|
DNS failure; independently accepted S00-026 supplied the artifacts/access.
|
|
The S00-026 review records coordinator-approved configured HTTPS access. No
|
|
network/system configuration or alternate route was changed during this review.
|
|

Executing tools returned Node v24.21.0/npm 11.19.0. Fresh-cache npm ci installed
|
|
eight packages in 3s with scripts disabled, strict SSL/engines, HTTPS registry,
|
|
SHA512 lock integrity, bounded fetch timeout and no retries. Actual Stanza
|
|
createClient ESM import passed.
|
|
- Independent inline Python assertions: exit 0. Rehashed actual downloaded
|
|
archive against result and vendor checksum, compared fresh/persisted checksum
|
|
bytes; copied manifest/lock equal parent bytes and recorded SHA256. All eight
|
|
installed versions match HTTPS/SHA512 lock entries; actual Stanza is 12.22.1.

Re-executed exact node/npm version commands. Pinned npm config get strict-ssl,
|
|
engine-strict and ignore-scripts each returned true; inherited
|
|
NODE_TLS_REJECT_UNAUTHORIZED is not 0. Python 3.14.7, Linux x86_64.
|

## Acceptance and limitations
|
|
|
|
1. Pass: interruption/access cause no longer reproduces. Preserved reviewed
|
|
probe runs successfully in this fresh independent session, enabling a new
|
|
S00-020 executor to continue through coordinator workflow.
|
|
2. Pass: no original acceptance bypass. S00-020 and S00-003 remain unfinished;
|
|
no parent lock, spec, stack, shared interface or production module changed.
|
|
|
|
Authenticity evidence is same-origin vendor HTTPS checksum, without detached
|
|
signature verification. No package provenance/advisory audit, browser execution,
|
|
WSS/server/client interoperability, app build or release readiness was checked
|
|
or claimed. Tooling suite was not run for this unchanged probe; focused actual
|
|
access/install checks and plan validation cover the assigned outcome. Temporary
|
|
runtime/cache may expire; rerun verify.py and use current result.json. Coordinator
|
|
commits review before fresh S00-020 work. No Git mutation, other task selection
|
|
or agent launch; this reviewer exits immediately after approve.
