# S00-016 handoff

Executor: auto-ci-cd-351a0cbbabef (ci-cd). Result: post-release common reviewer/executor path successfully started a fresh same-model session and executed real tools. No source changes.

Explicit readiness: state/tasks.json revision 28 release-external by coordinator-capacity-b12fb7abdd2d. Current session started after release; shared command has no role overrides or resume. Failed reviewer, recovery executor and current resolver have distinct session ids with the same model/provider. Current tool calls and validation succeeded; provider capacity is an observed recovery, not a future guarantee.

Evidence: state/evidence/S00-016-auto-ci-cd-351a0cbbabef.md. Validation exit 0 (281 tasks, revision 29); readiness assertions exit 0. The runner writes final run status/returncode after terminal transition. No model retry or child agent launched by this executor.

Next: coordinator commits this submission and starts an independent fresh QA reviewer for S00-016. Reviewer verifies actual release, common configuration, startup/tool evidence and its own fresh availability. Accept only this remediation if satisfied; S00-015 and S00-012 continue through their normal separate fresh review workflow. No parent acceptance or unblocking by this executor.
