This patch adds a simple `service <script> <stop|start|reload|restart>` script for for SysV init compatibility. Very common with users of the Ubuntu upstart init as well. Also, fixed `make uninstall` for plugins. Signed-off-by: Joachim Nilsson <troglobit@gmail.com>
