Test that number runs, string heads and adapter flushing keep the output
The writers encode a run of numbers in an array, and a string with its head, straight into space reserved from the sink, and the adapter sink buffers its writes. These tests pin the output to what it was: an array is its head and the encodings of its elements one by one for every boundary of the integer encodings and every kind of float, strings and keys of every head length and large arrays read back, and a write that throws leaves the same bytes in a vector, a string and a stream. The tests pass with and without the changes of this series. Signed-off-by: Niels Lohmann <mail@nlohmann.me>
