Change namespace for header files libite/lite.h --> lite/lite.h

The `libite/` namespace for header files has been the same since the
first public release in v1.0.0. This patch surprisingly changes it to
the less surprising `lite/`. Hopefully there aren't that many users of
this library out there yet, apart from myself.

Apologies if you are affected!
