The `libite/` namespace for header files has been the same since the
first public release in v1.0.0. This patch surprisingly changes it to
the less surprising `lite/`. Hopefully there aren't that many users of
this library out there yet, apart from myself.

The v1.4.0 release installs the header files in $(prefix)/include, this
patch installs them in the proper $(prefix)/include/$(PACKAGE) dir.
