Joachim Nilsson f513408316 Remove clang from Travis build to avoid double Coverity runs 
There currenty is no *simple* way of preventing Coverity from being run
twice, so we just remove the clang build in the meantime :-/

Joachim Nilsson e6a27743a4 Change Coverity Scan branch to use 'dev' instead of master. 
We don't want to run out of scan tokens for every README update.  This
also means the introduction of a new workflow.  All new development must
be staged to the dev branch before being merged to master.
