Chapter 8.5.2.1 (page 73 of pdf)

The calculation for 3VSB (in6) is necessary as observed by BIOS output on
Supermicro A2SAP-H board. This observation is also true for the output dump for
Supermicro X10SLV in the last comment of #77)..
