Drop DEFAULT_VRM, as it makes no sense to have a single default
...
VRM for all drivers. Same was done it Linux 2.6 some times ago.
Also comment out all "set vrm" lines in sensors.conf.eg, as Linux 2.6
now accurately deduces the VRM from the CPU model.

Restore controlling_mod argument to i2c_register_entry(). This
...
is needed to properly lock chip drivers in memory while anyone uses their
/proc entries. This also brings back compatibility with the 2.4 Linux
kernel.
