Jean Delvare 4943663301 Handle keys/passwords needed to access most Super-I/O chips.

Mark D. Studebaker e56ac93190 add prog/pwm manpages to $MANPAGES; 
also add userpackage target, which makes lm-sensors-user-x.y.z.tar.gz.
      This has pretty much what a userspace-only package would need,
      but the user-only makefile needs work.
