Mark M. Hoffman ad686ca408 bugfixes: 
* VIDs were reading 10x too big - fixed integer magnitude
 * enabling smart tach for one fan sometimes disabled it for others -
	fixed bit-twiddling during writes

Mark M. Hoffman c4fde53ac5 Reordered functions to get rid of all unnecessary forward decls. This 
revision should be functionally equivalent with the previous, except one small
bugfix: a typo in one of the smart tach SYSCTL numbers.  The unified diff from
this revision to the previous is nearly useless - sorry, it can't be helped.

Jean Delvare a942af3cfc Allow an alternate sysfs file name for chip features. This is 
needed to provide backward compatibility when changes are made
        to the sysfs interface (policy change or driver fix).
        The first item for which this is needed is VID files. The name
        we chose, in0_ref, is bad (because motherboard manufacturers can
        use any input for VCore, regardless of the recommendations.
        Thus, the new name cpu0_vid is better. Drivers will be updated
        later.

Jean Delvare c74c331d1e Patch by Kris Van Hees: 
Here is a small patch that fixes the setting of limits on the temp2 sensors
in the MTP008 chip.  The code (embarassingly written by myself when I wrote
the MTP008 chip driver a long time ago) would always update the hyst and max
limits of the first temp sensor, even when you tried to set it for the 2nd
or 3rd sensors.
