Mark D. Studebaker 1c08a2e704 #define driver ID because it didn't make it in the i2c 
patch for kernel 2.4.13. This lets us work with a stock
      kernel 2.4.13.

Mark D. Studebaker e7fc40b690 Add 'init' parameter to control initialization. 
Use 'init=0' to skip initialization, this should fix
      those pesky PC's that crash when you load w83781d.

Mark D. Studebaker d2e5835634 fix unreliable initialization of limit registers by 
adding a rather large delay after resetting the device
      via register 0x40. There is obviously a state machine
      in the chip that takes a while to run after you reset it.
      Figured out the delay time by trial and error.
