* Fan inputs 4, 5, 6 and 7 can be disabled.
* Simplify voltage reading code.
* Simplify and inline w83792d_{read,write}_value.
* Drop unused lock.
* Make needlessly global functions static.
* Fix the bug where tolerance 2 and tolerance 3 can not be set.
