it proves to be noxious. Added writes for rt table. Use at own risk.
Fixed 782d fan3 bug hopefully.
Added 16,32,64,128 fan_div values for 782d/783s.
Reformatted some > 80 col. lines.

The old documentation of Phil is still present at the bottom of the file.
Phil may decide to remove it.
In the driver, file 'status' is renamed to 'alarms' and masked to display
only the alarm bits. This fits more closely with other drivers, and the
remaining bit was not interesting anyway.
I fixed a problem that made insertion of the module impossible (I made a
typo when I introduced the insmod parameters) *** Someone else seems to
have changed this at almost the same moment?!? Now it is correct. ***
The MAX1617 and MAX1617A are now also supported by the library.
Once more, some slight formatting changes are made in the documentation
generators (some columns were made wider).

Also a very slight formatting improvement for the module parameters
documentation script, and a typo from the LM78 documentation removed.

Added RT table read to 781d but then #undef'ed it since it was just
all 1's. Changed max entries in sensor.c to 32 bytes to handle RT table.

I am trying to create a more-or-less standard documentation format for
doc/chips/* files. I am not quite satisfied with the lm75 and lm78 docs
yet, but it is starting to come. Basically, I want as much information
in it as possible, and to generate most of it automatically. But that is
harder than I though it would be.
Also, a small library bugfix (class problem) and a doc-features fix.

Renamed sensors entry from "SiS 5595 Sensor-*" to "sis5595-*"
Added this name in sensors.conf.eg to use lm78 names for inputs.
Small related document updates.

integrated LM78, so the driver is only a customized copy of lm78.c
This southbridge can also do i2c, but this not enough documented in
the datasheet. So i2c is currently not supported.
Some cosmetic changes for VIA driver and documentation.

lm_sensors2 source tree. Improvements in VIA driver,
now checks revision code and refuses to load the
module if bit_test (in algo-bit) fails.
(Also fixes previous unsuccessfull CVS commit)

Note especially the autoloading of i2c-dev by adding the following line
to /etc/module.conf (or /etc/conf.module):
alias char-major-89 i2c-dev

Nothing really special, but here is the simplest place to keep it, especially
as others may need it too.

* Better VDD internal computation, as described in the data sheet;
* Fixed the config file to reflect the above change;
* The library read the wrong file to get its gl518sm alarm data.

This file consists of two numbers: the first is either 0 (global sound
alarm disable) or 1 (enable), the second is in the same encoding as the
'alarm' file and determines for which alarms the speaker will sound.
The new file was added to the module, the library and the sensors application.
